How to practise delivery notes
Find the status of each number: requested, packed or received. This is a plain-text exercise and does not place an order or confirm a real delivery. Read each line's reference before the quantity because similar labels can refer to different sample boxes.
What to check after a run
Compare counts alongside their labels. Do not silently reconcile a difference between requested and received values; accurate copying preserves the supplied discrepancy.

1. Find the pattern
Delivery DEMO-028: 6 folders requested, 6 folders received. Delivery DEMO-082: 12 trays requested, 10 trays received. Note: two sample trays pending.
2. Connect the movement
Box A contains 4 x 10 blank cards. Box B contains 3 x 20 labels. The fictional receipt lists 2 empty sleeves and 1 printed training sheet separately.
3. Apply it in context
The practice delivery note records reference PACK-041, with eight blue folders and five grey folders. The outer label says eleven folders, so the sample note flags a count difference for review. Copy both numbers as written; the exercise does not ask you to decide which record is correct.
