How to practise proper names

Pause briefly before a proper name and check its capital. These invented sample names do not refer to real participants or public leaderboard entries. They are not saved as personal information. The drill mixes short and longer forms to make you read each target instead of using a repeated template.

What to check after a run

Check the middle letters and the last vowel. A plausible name can still differ from the exact target.

Preview the exact targets before choosing a run. Counts include spaces and punctuation after whitespace normalisation.

1. Find the pattern

2. Connect the movement

Rowan handed the blue sample to Avery. Morgan checked the label while Cameron compared the draft with Jamie. Ellis wrote the reference beside the illustration.

3. Apply it in context

In this fictional workshop, Taylor prepares the paper model and Robin reviews its caption. Casey places the earlier version on the side table. Read each name as supplied instead of replacing it with the closest familiar spelling. The exercise creates no account and publishes no person or score.
