How to practise event programmes

Use the time as an anchor before reading the session title. The event exists only as practice text and is not a booking or travel plan. Keep each title's capitalisation and all separators. No time zone conversion or scheduling calculation is required.

What to check after a run

Check the location after the title and the end of each time window. Similar session names should not make you repeat a previous room label.

Preview the exact targets before choosing a run. Counts include spaces and punctuation after whitespace normalisation.

1. Find the pattern

10:00-10:15 Welcome, room A. 10:15-10:45 Paper maps, room B. 11:00-11:30 Caption workshop, room A. 11:30-11:45 Closing notes, room C.

2. Connect the movement

Fictional programme: 13:20, Draft gallery; 14:05, Folded booklet demonstration; 14:50, Label comparison; 15:30, Questions. All entries are sample text and describe no real public event.

3. Apply it in context

The imaginary design afternoon opens with a short introduction beside the display table. A paper-map session follows in room C, then a caption review takes place in room B. The programme ends with an informal discussion of the examples. Preserve the room changes when copying the sequence.
