Type the displayed passage in order. Backspace corrects the last character. Paste is disabled. Escape pauses. Control or Command plus Enter restarts. Leaving the input pauses the timer.
How to practise help-centre instructions
Read each step before the action word. Similar help articles can differ in one menu or condition, so do not follow remembered instructions. This is a copying drill about an imaginary sample viewer. It does not operate the menus named in the text or troubleshoot your computer.
What to check after a run
Review the order as well as the labels. Keep a conditional instruction conditional, especially when it begins with if.

1. Find the pattern
1. Open the sample viewer. 2. Choose Library > Paper cards. 3. Select the blue example. 4. Check the reference below the preview.
2. Connect the movement
To compare drafts, open the example panel and choose Compare. Select two sample names, then read the labels above the images. If only one sample is available, return to the library.
3. Apply it in context
The fictional guide explains how to find an earlier booklet draft. Open the sample list, choose Archived examples and read the date beside each title. Preview the selected item before returning to the current draft. Copy the complete sequence without performing the actions in another app.
