How to practise customer support replies
Separate the acknowledgement from the next step as you read. Support-style text often contains similar phrases with different instructions, so avoid finishing a sentence from memory. These are invented copying samples, not live advice or a connection to a customer-support system.
What to check after a run
Review contractions and the requested action. An omitted word such as not can change a reply even when most characters match.

Thank you for checking the draft. The preview button opens the sample before you download it. If the heading still looks different, note the example name and try the other layout. This fictional reply practises a clear sequence without promising an outcome for a real support request.
