How to practise meeting agendas

Find the item boundary before starting the next topic. Agenda text mixes fragments with full sentences; copy both as shown. The numbered items in these samples stay on one line because whitespace is normalised. They are practice content rather than actual meeting invitations.

What to check after a run

Check the owner and time beside each topic. A correct topic with the previous item's number is a common copying slip.

1. Find the pattern

1. Welcome and purpose. 2. Review the leaflet. 3. Compare sample layouts. 4. Agree the next draft. 5. Questions and close.

2. Connect the movement

Agenda: opening notes, 5 minutes; catalogue review, 12 minutes; label comparison, 8 minutes; next actions, 5 minutes. Facilitator: Rowan. Note taker: Ellis.

3. Apply it in context

The fictional design meeting begins with a review of the visitor route. Next, Alex presents the revised signs and Morgan checks the reference list. The final item is to choose a date for testing the paper prototype. Copy the sequence without rearranging it.
