Room booking: Thursday review. Re: Draft display labels. Question about the sample folder. Updated notes for the library workshop.
Type the displayed passage in order. Backspace corrects the last character. Paste is disabled. Escape pauses. Control or Command plus Enter restarts. Leaving the input pauses the timer.
How to practise email subject lines
Read the whole subject before typing. Short lines offer fewer contextual clues than paragraphs, so a changed date or missing prefix is easy to overlook. Keep the supplied capitalisation and do not add a greeting. The examples are original fictional messages and never leave the exercise.
What to check after a run
Compare the project label and the final word separately. If you rush the prefix, repeat the first sample without a timer.

2. Connect the movement
Action requested: Check the new agenda. Re: Paper stock for the design session. Follow-up: Missing catalogue card. Can we move the practice meeting?
3. Apply it in context
Subject: Final proof of the visitor leaflet. Subject: Schedule change for the afternoon workshop. Re: Confirming the sample delivery window. Copy the exact subject text, including each colon and question mark, before moving to the next fictional message.
