Hello Rowan, Please check the sample agenda before our afternoon review. I have placed the draft in the shared training folder. Thank you, Ellis.
Type the displayed passage in order. Backspace corrects the last character. Paste is disabled. Escape pauses. Control or Command plus Enter restarts. Leaving the input pauses the timer.
How to practise professional email copying
Treat the greeting, body and closing as separate reading checkpoints. The typing engine normalises line breaks to spaces, so this exercise measures text copying rather than email formatting. Copy the supplied wording instead of composing a response; no message is sent and no mailbox is connected.
What to check after a run
Check names and small linking words before focusing on speed. Leaving out a polite phrase can shift the rest of a copied passage.

1. Find the pattern
Hello Rowan, Please check the sample agenda before our afternoon review. I have placed the draft in the shared training folder. Thank you, Ellis.
2. Connect the movement
Dear workshop team, The room is available from 10:30 AM. Please bring the printed example and a notebook. We will review the headings first, then compare the two layouts. Best wishes, Alex.
3. Apply it in context
Hello Morgan, Thank you for the updated leaflet. Could you confirm whether the blue cover is the final version? The practice copy still shows the earlier title. Please reply with the reference number so we can keep the examples together. Kind regards, Jamie.
